You have 15 days from the date of receiving your product to initiate a refund request. Once approved, the return process will take an estimated 4-5 days. To qualify for a refund, please ensure that the item is returned with all original tags attached, in an unworn, unused, and unwashed condition, exactly as you received it. Kindly include the invoice or any other evidence of purchase.

The refund will be initiated promptly upon receiving the returned product. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your original form of payment. Please be aware that returns of products showing signs of use, washing, or soiling may not be accepted, as we aim to maintain the highest quality for all our customers.
