Once you have made your way there it is a free public park. Both will require a little walk to reach the Lodhi Garden with Jorbagh being the closer of the two (12 minutes walk vs 15 minutes). Like most things in Delhi the easiest way to get to the Lodhi Garden is by rickshaw.
